I moved to Atlanta, a little over 5 years ago to get my life together and pursue my dreams. One of my dreams was to lose weight because I was very unhealthy/overweight. I was depressed, pre diabetic with high blood pressure at the age of 20.
So I decided to take life into my own hands, after a childhood friend had his first heart attack. Knowing the short lifespans of people over weight, and seeing the effects of an unhealthy diet, I made a change and lost about 120 pounds In the past years.
I have kept the weight off and now am looking to serve my community by sharing my wisdom and motivation with those who have similar goals.k
